Therapy at this age can help young people develop a greater understanding of themselves and make their own choices about what feels right for them.
Students and Young Adults
(18 - 25)
Turning 18 can look and feel very different for each person. You may be moving away to university, starting a job, or feeling unsure about what comes next. There can be a sense of greater freedom, alongside pressure to know what you want from life.
At this age, you can decide for yourself whether you would like to explore therapy.
I offer a confidential and non-judgemental space for students and young adults aged 18–25. You may be experiencing anxiety or low mood, or more persistent difficulties that are getting in the way of everyday life. You might feel overwhelmed by the demands of college, university or work, experience homesickness, or find friendships and relationships difficult to navigate.
Having a space outside your family and friendship groups can help you make sense of your feelings, develop a greater understanding of yourself, and consider what feels right for you as you move forward.
Sessions can take place in person or online. We can agree a frequency that suits your needs, from a one-off consultation to regular sessions.
